In the video, we get to see two incredibly talented speed skating stars enjoying a beautiful day and putting in some very smooth laps, giving us something fun to watch and valuable to learn from.

Watching these two amazing speed skaters working on their crossing technique is something to behold. They really put a lot of time and effort into perfecting their skating form and crossing steps, which helps conserve energy and increase speed on their skates, while training and during a race.
