This is the big inline skating race everyone was waiting for, and the pro skaters did not disappoint. There was an unprecedented 500+ dollars given out during this one very exciting race. Joey Mantia again proved his dominance winning the event over a very tough field of pro's hungry for some cash.

2nd- Kyle Lazzell
3rd- Jimmy blair

This heat of pro elite speed skaters was packed with big names like the always fast Kyle Lazzell who scored a second place finish behind the inline champion Joey Mantia. Third place was gobbled up by Jimmy Blair just barely beating out (D-train) Darren Kaufman for the final spot on the line in the Senior 500 Meter Final.

This was a very fast pro mens inline skating 1500 meter final from the first sound of the gun. The lead pack was littered with experienced lightning fast pro speed skaters who just missed a placement including Shaunacey Sutter who finished fourth and current ice speed skater Jono Gorman who stumbled to a 5th.

This pack of very fast inline speed skating masters men really battled it out in every race. Paul Santana showed his pure speed by walking away with the 500 very early. Roy Paz fought off the insanely tough field of master men including names like Parmally, Neal, Poslusny, Carnes, and more!

This Classic mens race started off with Jon Jackson's feet getting tangled with another skater as he made a slick in between the pylon pass and left J. Bankston with no where to go but over him. R. Vening won the start which left him free and clear along with B. Shaw as they finished 1,2 respectively.

The 2006 Classic men open was not a slow speed skating race by any means. These very fast speed skaters started with the normal josteling for position with all the active skaters trying to make a statement early on. As the skaters fell into a nice pace the pack began to spread out and Vening walked away with the win.

The senior mens 100 lap open was the highlight of the meet. All the top speed skaters participated and did not disappoint the lively crowd. Sammy Johnson enthusiastically called the extremely exciting race as Joey worked his way across the finish line first, grabbing the title of Champion once again in his inline speed skating pro career.
