7. Eat fresh foods. Eating fruits and vegetables will help with repair your body.
8. Keep a food diary. Writing down what you eat can help to cut out bad eating habits.

    1. Why are doing circles so very important and why are they so difficult to do and what is the best way to get better at this drill.

  1. Circles are meant to help you with cornering. They are usually difficult because some skaters don’t put their hip into the corner or they are twisting their upper body.
